Costs
- Daily minimum pick‑up charge: $200.00 (1–4 pick‑up stops)
- Pick‑up location charge: $50.00 per stop
- Mileage charge: $0.75 per mile
- Change order fee: $25.00 (added to pick‑up stop)

Example route includes pick‑ups in six North Carolina cities with one stop in each, delivering to Laurel, MD.

- Trip length: ~1,331 miles

- Pick‑up stop charge: 6 stops = $300.00

Policies
Scheduling
- Pick‑up notifications must be provided by 4:00 pm on the previous business day.
- Driver routes begin based on notifications provided by 4:00 pm the day before.
Cancellations
- Cancellations before the in‑route process incur no additional charges.
- Mileage charges apply for cancellations made during the in‑route process.
Add‑on & Change Orders
- Additional pick‑ups added after 8:00 am on pick‑up day incur a $25 change order fee (added to the stop).
Potential Delivery Delays
- Vehicle breakdown: Roadside assistance dispatched; if inoperable, another vehicle or rental van dispatched immediately.
- Traffic issues: Drivers re‑route using GPS to avoid accidents and construction.
- Weather: Deliveries proceed when safe; safety is the top priority.
